This Sloe Gin Fruit Cake is based on a traditional recipe handed down 3 generations and using the finest fruit soaked and plumped overnight in Sloemotion Hedgerow Gin for that sticky richness. Stirred and baked the way Grandma did, each fruit cake is individually handcrafted and lovingly baked.

Lottie Shaw's have been baking cakes for over a century in the heart of the Yorkshire Pennines. Using only the finest ingredients, Lottie Shaw’s partners with many local artisan producers; their eggs are free-range, their flour is locally milled just down the road, their oatmeal is produced by one of the oldest family firms in England, and their oil is from our award-winning friends at Yorkshire Rape Seed oil.
