Peru has been a producer of coffee long before other countries in South America however, initially it was only used primarily for domestic consumption. Today, it is mostly exported.
Ours is an Organic coffee grown at an altitude of 1300 meters above sea level due to its perfect climate for the plant to grow in optimal conditions. The cherries are hand-picked and the bean is then washed.
The High Roast is well balanced with tones of chocolate and nuts and produces a lovely strong cup! Perfect for espresso and filter.
