The perfect way to sample some delicious, rare and very special coffees. We have chosen five special coffees and put them together in a special pack for you.

The selection includes Jamaica Blue Mountain, Hawaiian Kona Kai, Yemeni Matari, Australian Skybury, and Kopi Luwak.

These are what we define as are most elite coffee's as they are harder to source and from very specific parts of the world. 

50g Kopi Luwak Kopi Luwak is coffee made from the coffee berries eaten by the Asian Palm Civet, said to choose only the ripest berries to eat. The raw beans pass through their system undigested and are later collected, cleaned and roasted.  The proteolytic enzymes in the Asian Civet break down the outer layer of the Coffee beans. This Layer contains the bitter parts in the beans, so the bitterness is removed during that process. Our Kopi Luwak is Certified Wild. Smooth medium roast with a complex aroma, nutty with some hints of caramel and chocolate. 

100g Jamaican Blue MountainIn the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, at over elevations of 2000 feet above sea level, in rich soil and with continuous rainfall, grows the famed coffee. A delicate and refined mild coffee produces a bright cup with floral and citrus notes. Balanced and full-bodied. 

100g Hawaiian Kona Kai - Hawaiian coffee is one of the world’s most sought after coffees.  It is cultivated on the slopes of dormant volcano Hualālai and active volcano Mauna Loa in the North and South Kona Districts of the Big Island of Hawaii. Medium roast. Kona Typica. Rich, medium-bodied, sweet, citrus acidity.

100g Yemeni Matari - In Yemen coffee is traditionally grown at high elevations in harsh environments receiving little rainfall. As a result, the varietals that develop in Yemeni coffee have to survive a harsh climate. A Medium Roast coffee. Rich, heavy-bodied coffee with a chocolate, winy flavour, with citrus acidity. Very good as an after-dinner coffee or Turkish coffee.

100g Australian Skybury - This is a rare coffee grown in small quantities, grown in the Atherton Tablelands above Cairns in Far North Queensland, close to the barrier reef in the middle of tropical forests in North-East Australia. A Medium Roast coffee with a unique taste. It's slightly acidic with a full-body, chocolate and caramel sweet tones. A great breakfast or all-day choice for cafetiere and filter.
