Grown at an altitude above 1,100 meters above sea level.  "Bourbon" is a variety of coffee beans with yellow cherries. 

Beans: Arabica

Delicious coffee, expertly packed, consumed with delight. Much better than anything you could buy in Zona Sul, the Rio supermarket chain.
