ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
We endeavor to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours of the day of receipt, but this is not guaranteed. During busy periods please allow up to 72 hours. You will receive confirmation of your order by email.
We dispatch orders via Royal Mail and Parcelforce. You will receive email confirmation when your parcel is shipped.
We can send your order to an alternative address or person.
When ordering we have a Comment Box where you can provide us with the details of where to leave your parcel if you are out, a message to be included if the order is a gift or any other special instructions.
Royal Mail Shipments
Royal Mail TRACKED 1st aims to deliver parcels in 1 working day, TRACKED 2nd parcels in 2 working days. These time scales are not guaranteed. If you do not receive your parcel, please notify us.
We can send items via Parcelforce to the UK. Parcels have to be in one box. Parcels are sent via a Next Working Day delivery. Next Working Day Delivery is from the day of dispatch, not when the order is placed. If your order is placed on a Friday it may not be dispatched till Monday. Parcelforce is a tracked service. A signature is required upon delivery, therefore, Parcelforce will not leave the parcel. You will be carded so re-delivery can be arranged.
We can deliver worldwide. We can send items via Royal Mail International Signed For, UPS or Parcelforce Global. Royal Mail International Signed For is tracked within the UK, it is a more secure service and can be faster. For full tracking and the quickest speed use Parcelforce Global Priority. N.B. Some countries may only have International Signed For. ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER
Payments made on the shop online are processed via Shopify Payments or Paypal. The customer chooses their preferred method. The process is immediate.

Goods are subject to availability. Our acceptance of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgment of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will let you know as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given. Products available on our website may not be available within our store and vice versa.
PRICING, PRODUCT INFORMATION
All prices are shown in sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Although we will take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was inputted onto the system, the information appearing on this Website at any time may not reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order.
Please be aware that the colours and appearance of products may vary slightly from the way they appear on the screen and we cannot guarantee that your monitor screen will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All measurements and sizes are approximate, although we make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Please contact us as soon as possible as we may not have processed your order and in this case, we will simply stop your order and refund you immediately. We can only accept returns, exchanges or credit note on goods returned unused with proof of purchase.
Under United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. However, this is not applicable to the supply of food & beverages. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Returned goods remain the customer's responsibility until they reach our store. Returned goods must be in 'as new' condition and in the original box and packaging. We will refund returns postage for an item which is faulty, damaged or sent to you in error.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods. In the event that we are unable to credit your original method of payment, you will be contacted by a member of our team to arrange an alternate method of refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
