Delivery Information
UK SHIPPING
We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. We currently use Royal Mail for shipping our parcels.
We have two delivery options:
TRACKED 48 - Royal Mail AIMS to deliver in two working days.
TRACKED 24 - Royal Mail AIMS to deliver next working day.
These timescales are NOT guaranteed and are measured from the time your parcel is shipped NOT from placing your order.
Shipping costs are:
Tracked 48 - Parcels up to 3KG £4.95 UK Only
Parcels over 3KG £5.95 UK Only
Tracked 24 - £6.95 UK Only
We can send parcels internationally, the cost of shipping is dependent on the weight and destination of your parcel. For a customised quote for International delivery please email us at info@algcoffee.co.uk with your order and shipping address.
Collect from the Store
You can now place an order online for Shop Collections, just choose the Shop Collection option at checkout. Please note that you will receive a call or email to confirm a collection date and time. We ask that you do not come to the Store unless you have received confirmation.
