December's high roast is the Brazilian Santos.
Brazil is the largest coffee producer in the world and has been for the last 150 years producing about a third of all coffee worldwide. Santos beans are handpicked and traditionally dry-processed. This means that the bean is removed from the cherry only once sun-dried which brings the natural sweetness of the fruit into the cup.
Our Brazilian Santos is a single-origin full-bodied smooth coffee with a clean caramel finish. This high roast produces a strong cup and makes a good, strong Espresso.
Our Santos is a screen size 17/18, this reflects the size of the bean.
