Our medium Coffee of the Month is our lovely Organic Peruvian Single Origin Coffee.
Peru has been a producer of coffee long before other countries in South America; however, initially, it was primarily used for domestic consumption. Today, it is mostly exported.
Ours is an Organic coffee grown at an altitude of 1300 meters above sea level due to its perfect climate for the plant to grow in optimal conditions. The cherries are hand-picked, and the bean is then washed.
The Medium Roast has a medium body, mild acidity, and tones of chocolate and nut. A delicious, well-balanced coffee that produces a rich cup with a soft finish. Great for cafetières, turkish and filter machines.
