Rosebud Preserves has collaborated with the Somerset Cider Brandy Company combining the freshness of English pears, Bramley apples, unrefined cane sugar, and a generous measure of aged cider brandy, distilled from vintage apples grown in traditional Somerset orchards.
This Pear and Brandy Jam is light and fresh with hints of dried fruit, from this spirit matured in oak casks, and is one of Rosebuds truly distinctive preserves.
