  • Sustainably grown chocolate.
  • Palm oil free & all-natural ingredients.
  • Recyclable packaging.
  • Suitable for Vegetarians.
  • Proudly made in York, North Yorkshire.

Choc Affair has been handmaking chocolate since 2006, and hand-crafting remains the only way they do things. The cocoa used is responsibly and sustainably produced, with a little extra paid for every kilo to help reforest the cocoa-growing regions of Colombia. No cheap shortcuts like palm oil are used, supporting the small farms and cooperatives they work with and the local community that surrounds them, as well as their own community here in York. After being carefully harvested, selected, fermented, and dried in the sun close to the fields it grew in, their single-origin cocoa journeys across the ocean to their chocolate HQ in historic York where it’s transformed into their famously smooth chocolate, then tempered for the perfect snap, packaged at source and ready for sale!

Choc Affair purchases every part of its packaging from British companies, helping support the success and growth of other UK industries.

Supporting Good Causes at Home - Locally, they support the Blueberry Academy, which helps young adults with learning differences become more independent and learn life-enriching skills that might not otherwise be open to them
