Ti Kuan Yin is a premium Chinese Oolong tea, named after the Goddess of Mercy, or Iron Goddess originating from the Fujian province.
The hand-rolled, deep green leaves unfurl when brewing to reveal their full self, giving a golden cup. The Ti Kuan Yin has a floral aroma and smooth flavour with notes of stone fruit, a smooth flavour, and a sweet aftertaste.
