From the region of Karnataka in India, previously known as Mysore, an area responsible for producing approximately 80% of India's coffee.
The coffee is grown at elevations ranging between 1100-2000 metres above sea level in rich, fertile soil. The climate is perfect for growing coffee, with mild winters and hot summers with good rainfall.
Our Indian Mysore is a medium roast coffee, with complex flavours. Medium body with balanced acidity, smooth with sweet notes of citrus and caramel, and rich notes of chocolate and nuts.
Best suited to cafetieres and filters.
