The rhubarb in Rosebud's Yorkshire Rhubarb and Ginger Jam comes from the sixth generation of one grower near Wakefield in West Yorkshire and makes wonderful preserves, especially in combination with the sweet and spicy warmth of stem ginger.


The naturally sweet and floral delicacy of satsumas combines beautifully with Masons Dry Yorkshire Gin in this Rosebud collaboration to create one of their most popular preserves. Masons Gin Marmalade is enhanced with the addition of classic gin botanicals such as juniper berries, star anise, mixed pepper berries, lavender, and lemon peel to create this unique and naturally set marmalade.
