Our Peruvian is a smooth and delicate coffee. A high-grown coffee, grown over 1,300 meters above sea level and hand-picked.

We offer this coffee in a medium or high roast and it works well as either roast. You could even try blending the high roast with the medium!

The beans work well in all methods, with a medium body, mild acidity, and tones of chocolate and nut. A delicious, well-balanced coffee that produces a rich cup with a soft finish.

Ordered by mistake instead of Organic Peruvian High Roast beans

I've not had the Medium Roast Organic Peruvian before. I usually order the High Roast beans but because the re-order function on the website is broken and I had to manually order, I mistakenly ended up with two bags of Medium ground. It's OK, but not as dark and flavoursome as the high roast. I've mixed it up with some Brunette and it's better. Note to the shop - it would have been nice if I could have exchanged these bags but hey, I understand the health and safety issues.

Love this coffee

I have been ordering this coffee for a couple of years - high roast beans for my morning cappuccino. Love the dark roast flavours tempered with a bit of frothed milk to make a strong cappuccino.
