Well, the description is spot on. First thing I noticed after brewing in the aeropress is the thick, syrupy body of the coffee. Out of the bag it smells more like a south American coffee, Deep dark scents.
Flavour wise, this is very different for an African coffee. There's the lightness and floral citrus notes of something like a Yirgacheffe, but you also have the dark spicyness of a Columbian or Cuban.
Starts sweet, the you get some notes of the roast, then a little bitter bite. The bitterness is not like a bad robusta, it's a pleasant citrus bitterness, like orange peel, that is tempered by the silky, almost syrupy body of the coffee.
I've had Inzovu before, but it wasn't as complex as this. Very very nice, but I e for those who like to venture away from coffee norms.
