A scented tea made with Chinese green tea leaves and Jasmine flowers. A lovely tea producing a delicate cup with a light liquor, fresh, sweet, and fragrant flavour.
Jasmine tea is created in two parts. First, the tea is picked early in the season, it is dried and stored. The jasmine flowers are then picked late in the summer when they are in full bloom. The flowers are then blended with the tea and left to sit and allow the floral aromas and oils to infuse.
