Oolong is a traditional tea from Taiwan, previously Formosa. Oolong teas are their own, neither black nor green, but in between. The leaves are semi-fermented, and depending on how each tea is left to oxidise will determine if it resembles a green or black tea.
This Oolong tea has been oxidised a little further and resembles black tea. It is full-bodied, and smooth, with woody and sweet notes.
