The Don Ding has a lovely light, smooth, sweet flavour with a light yellow-green liquor when brewed and unique aroma.
Oolong is a traditional tea from Taiwan, previously Formosa. Oolong teas are their own, neither black nor green, but in between. The leaves are semi-fermented, and depending on how each tea is left to oxidise will determine if it resembles a green or black tea.
