The torrone, or nougat, is based on a recipe that has been passed down through two centuries of Barbero family chocolatiers. Each generation adds its own twist, this one is very special and handcrafted, the torrone is encased in dark chocolate alongside a chocolate rum cream with honey and raisins packed in.
The decadent combination keeps things refreshingly moist, perfectly sweet, and just the right amount of chewy. Made with Piedmont hazelnuts.
