Description

Brazilian Santos is a lovely coffee and we have it available as a medium or high roast. 

Full bodied, smooth, with nutty tones and notes of cocoa and raisin with a light acidity and clean finish. The high roast is great for a strong coffee, or if you prefer something a little more gentle choose the medium for filter or cafetiere, or a good Turkish coffee.

Our Santos is a screen size 17/18, this reflects the size of the bean.

Beans: Arabica

Great flavour but….

So, the high roast beans are v oily, have a strong odour and a terrific flavour. But the oiliness does cause the grinder to clog up on a routinely. I’ve tried creating a blend of high and medium roast Santos to reduced the clogging. It helps, but continues. Just beware. Worth it for a great flavour.
