Honestly, if it were a bit cheaper I'd leave this stuff in a bowl in place of pot-puri. This stuff smells incredible. However (there's always a however), coffee is a weird thing - and that's where the star is deducted. You can flavour coffee as much as you like, but when you drink it, it will mostly just taste like the beans it's made with, and these beans are average arabica.
Or maybe they just 'seem' average because my olfactory senses tell me I'm in for the treat of my life when I smell it, and then my tastebuds say "Meh. Just tastes like coffee".
So now I mix it in with other beans (like Old Brown Java), so I get the deep sweet aroma of a funfair caramel peanut stand and the fantastic flavour of a truly great coffee all in one. My kitchen smells amazing...though I don't know if that qualifies as a coffee review
