Grown at altitudes of 1400 - 2,000 Meters, El Salvador is known for its specialty coffee-growing regions. With a tropical to subtropical climate, the cherries are mostly washed and sun-dried when picked. 

Our El Salvador is medium roasted and has a smooth flavour and bright acidity. Rich and complex, best enjoyed in a cafetiere or filter.
