A medium bodied coffee. The Yirgacheffe has a floral, spicy aroma and a clean flavour of fruits, with undertones of wine and some nutty notes. We roast our Yirgacheffe as a medium roast, the preferred roast to appreciate the flavours.
Grown at an altitude between 1700 - 2200 meters above sea level.
