For the Five Spice you can choose from either a high, full, or medium roast coffee, depending on how strong you like your coffee, then we blend the coffee with our spice mix of Cassia, Cinnamon, Anise, Pepper, and Cardamom.
It is a lovely blend, fragrant with spice, a sweetness exuding from the anise and warmth from the cinnamon and pepper.
We advise buying ground coffee so we can blend the spice and coffee together.
