Our house espresso blend. A relatively "new" blend, it has been with us for around twenty years. 

A blend of Brazilian and African coffees, arabica, and some robusta, naturally processed and washed coffees. An espresso roast, dark but below a high roast with oils just starting to burst through. Rich and smooth with notes of milk chocolate, tobacco, and hints of citrus, full-bodied with gentle acidity.

Our Formula Rossa produces a delicious thick crema on your espresso and perfect bite. Visit us for an espresso, it is what we serve in-store. And not only us, but it is also the espresso blend of choice for many of our customers, so good we sell approximately 300KG a week!

Resting the coffe beans

I bought I formula Rosa before 2 weeks , the only issue with me was the coffe I think it was freshly roasted so the taste not in it peak, what I want you to improve that you should let the coustomer that they should rest the coffe if it fresh, because the coffe when it roasted it has a lot of co2 carbon dioxide, so it’s better to let them know that to get the best out of the coffe ,
