I bought this to thank a doctor who had been treating me for some time (and he loves coffee). It's very difficult to send just an e-voucher when all you have is the email address of the clinic and I've had to send a physical voucher for use only in-store. But he's a very busy man and I don't know when he'll find the time to visit the shop. So I think it ought to be possible to purchase items either online or in person with either sort of voucher. It's fairly normal to expect that, these days. I'm also a bit disappointed that vouchers can't be bought in £5 denominations, so that, say, one could buy a £25 voucher. Anyway, it's done now, but I was very tempted to just buy one from Fortnum's.
