A medium roast Brazilian blend, full bodied with a clean acidity and notes of nuts and hints of raisin. Lovely and smooth a favourite for a medium Turkish style coffee.

Delicious

This is a really lovely mellow and rich flavoured coffee, but in a cafetière I seem to need a lot of it. I should buy a Moka as recommended by Katharine Crouan.

As someone who prefers a medium roast, I find that this blend has great depth of flavour, rich but gentle at the same time. It works well in a cafetière but my favourite method is to grind the beans finely and use a moka express. This seems to extract every last delicious note while avoiding the bitterness of high roast beans.
