Well balanced

A lovely change from our usual coffees. Strong, smooth with chocolate notes. Very pleasant as a flat white.

Not very happy

It's very bitter, No note of any other taste. I tried in aeropress tasted very bitter and bad. Then I thought may be it's because the way I made it and tried making it in professional espresso machine and tastes same like in aeropress very bitter and nuttier no notes of anything else. I won't be getting it any time sooner.
