Mocha Parfait, one of our classic house blends. A full roast, so perfectly suited to those who would like their coffee a little more roasted than medium but without going too dark.
Our Mocha Parfait is an Ethiopian blend, pure arabica, with low acidity and notes of dark cocoa and wine. Full bodied, earthy and rich. A favourite blend, popular to use in cafetieres, filter and as Turkish/Greek style coffee.

Always teliable

Ethiopian on steroids! The darker roast brings out a stronger, more muscular flavour than Sidamo or Yirgacheffe, so it doesn’t get overwhelmed when I blend it with Velluto Nero and Blue Sumatra to produce my favourite blend.

Best Blend

The Veluto Nero and Mocha 50-50 blend is something I have been drinking since 1996, and it is still the best I have ever had. For a stove top it is unbeatable.
