A beautiful Oolong, the Mountain Pearls come from the Fujian province in South East China.
The leaves are beautiful and large and have a wonderfully rich green colour. Traditionally processed, sun dried.
They brew a delightful tea that has a smooth body, with a fresh, floral, and creamy flavour. A light, golden liquor.
Low in caffeine, and high antioxidants.
Brew in 85-90 degrees, steep for 3-5mins. Re-steep up to 3 times, just add more water.
