Naturally warm, fragrant and full of distinctive flavour, each tiny seed forms the heart of every sweet.
Using a time-honoured confectionery process, the seeds are slowly tumbled in large copper pans while fine layers of sugar syrup are added little by little. Over 15 days, each tiny seed is transformed into a beautifully smooth, crisp-coated sweet, preserving the delicate anise flavour within.
