Raw, unpasteurised and unfiltered, this light, soft-set Scottish blossom honey has a mild palate and velvety, melt-in-the-mouth texture, finishing long, sweet and gently tangy with bright fruit notes.
Harvested in Perthshire between April and June, the nectar comes from spring blossoms, soft fruit and rape flowers. The short season gives this polyfloral honey its distinctive character, shaped by local terroir.
Produced in small batches using traditional methods and never heated beyond the natural temperature of the hive, the honey retains its natural goodness and flavour. Each spring, hives are carefully placed on local soft fruit farms, where the bees play a vital role in pollination — the same fruit later used in Heather Hills’ handmade jams. Every jar supports the continued care of the bees and their essential work.

Founded in 1945, Heather Hills Farm is a family-run honey farm in the Highlands of Perthshire, caring for around 1,300 hives across some of the UK’s most unspoilt landscapes.
Bee welfare is central to everything they do. Their hives are deliberately spaced in small batches, giving bees the freedom to forage naturally across wide areas of heather-rich moorland. This low-intervention, traditional approach reduces stress on the colonies and results in honey of exceptional quality.
Collected and extracted using time-honoured methods, their 100% pure, raw honey retains its natural enzymes, flavour and character.
