White Jasmine Silver Needle tea, from the Fujian province. A delicate tea, where only the finest young buds are chosen. Harvested in spring the leaves are then mixed with fresh jasmine blossoms and left to dry together allowing the oils and scents of the blossoms to infuse the tea.
This tea is sweet and fragrant with a delicate aroma and pale golden liquor. A delicate cup with a clean, floral taste and notes of melon and pear.
