One of our house espresso blends.
We've blended Brazilian and African beans, Arabica and Robusta, and roasted them to an Espresso roast.
This makes a lovely espresso. Strong but not overpowering, smooth with earthy undertones, notes of cocoa and citrus giving a good bite. Produces a lovely thick crema.
