This chocolate begins on a small family farm, where Agnes Pilopaso started caring for cacao trees at just 15 years old. Since 2003, she has grown the Tupaghotua Cocoa Plantation — meaning “stand tall” — from 3 hectares to 46, now producing some of the region’s most vibrant and expressive cocoa.
Organically grown, carefully fermented, and sun-dried, the cocoa delivers an evolving flavour profile: bright tropical fruit melting into malty biscuit, coffee, and walnut notes. Unlike anything else in their current range.
